Editorial policy

Inspired Discovery aims to make explanations accurate, readable and appropriately cautious. We check factual claims against relevant sources, distinguish evidence from interpretation and revise material when a correction is warranted.

Accuracy and uncertainty

Writers should use reliable sources suited to the subject and make clear when an explanation is incomplete, debated or dependent on context. We do not present speculation as established fact. Readers can send corrections through the Contact page; we review them and amend published text when needed, making meaningful corrections clear in the article.

Editorial independence

Editorial choices are made for reader interest and relevance, not to promise favourable coverage. A partner does not approve or control independent editorial work. We aim to distinguish fact, interpretation and opinion so readers can see what kind of statement they are reading.

Partner material and illustrations

Paid, supplied or otherwise partner-supported material is labelled clearly where it appears, so readers can tell it apart from independent editorial coverage. Some illustrations may be AI-generated; these are used to support understanding or atmosphere, not as documentary evidence, and are identified where appropriate.

Our point of view

Curiosity starts with a closer look.

A small question can open a much bigger view. We follow the details without pretending every answer is final.
